Like many of the postings, I remember some people and not others, however, I think an online photo album for this site would be great if people might consider contributing pictures of themselves with their nicknames and/or given names from this period of our collective history.
Let me know what you think, and if people like the idea, perhaps someone could volunteer to coordinate as I am not terribly computer savvy.

Fri, February 15, 2008 - 7:50 PMI seem to remember a standing, largely unspoken rule forbidding photos being taken without express permission at the Xit...I saw Irv drag a guy out once by his camera strap for just walking up & snapping photos one morning...everyone on the Patio cheered :D -

Sun, February 17, 2008 - 7:17 AMwhatever happened to the "documentary" deal that was being filmed? not sure the date or the year, but it was in the old place...julie had mentioned that she had gone in one morning and there were cameras and filming going on.
no pictures was an aspect i really both enjoyed and respected...and do remember a few warnings issues to a few individuals form time to time.
what with the advent of photo cameras and all, i'm sad to say that the old rule wouldn't be enforcible these days...as much as i'd love for them to be. -

Thu, April 24, 2008 - 9:53 PMI remember I thought I had taken a whole roll of photos on a bus trip with Dana and Nancy et al, I was snapping shots all the way to the rainbow gathering and back to Oregon for the Country fair...got home and realize there was no film in the camera...sigh. I'm sure at some point a person will figure out how we can think about a memory and then just print it straight from our brains.

Pictures of various people? I have some of those too, and if I ask my folks maybe even a few more from my 20th birthday party (ohhhh... like 20 years ago....)
